mariwd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide all requested documents within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions, including the inability to make deposits, place bets, or process withdrawals.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your mariwd account remains accurate and up-to-date. You may update your contact information, password, and certain preferences through your account dashboard. mariwd accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and authorized e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods and minimum deposit amounts at any time without prior notice.

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account is fully verified and in good standing; (b) you have met all applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000; (d) the withdrawal is being made to a payment method registered in your own name. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
mariwd aims to process withdrawal requests within 8-24 hours for verified accounts. The actual time for funds to reach your account depends on your chosen payment method and your financial institution's processing times. Bank transfers typically arrive within 8-15 minutes during banking hours, while e-wallet transfers may take 20-30 minutes. Withdrawals requested on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, mariwd requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You may be required to wager your deposited amount at least one (1) time before processing a withdrawal. Large or unusual withdrawal patterns may trigger additional security reviews. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must opt-in to receive promotional offers and meet all stated requirements to qualify for bonus funds.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 15% unless otherwise stated. mariwd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms or eligibility, mariwd's decision is final and binding.
All bets are subject to acceptance by mariwd. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or suspected fraudulent activity. A bet is considered accepted only when you receive confirmation through the platform and the corresponding amount is deducted from your account balance.
Sports betting is governed by the specific rules of each sport and competition. In general, bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and other overtime periods do not count toward bet settlement unless explicitly included in the market. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be void unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
For togel (lottery) bets, results are determined by the official draw outcomes from the respective market operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney, Macau). Bets must be placed before the official draw closing time. Late bets will be automatically rejected and stakes refunded. The mariwd platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. mariwd does not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be secure, or be error-free. You use the platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mariwd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if mariwd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall mariwd's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mariwd account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
You may close your mariwd account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you will need to create a new account if you wish to use mariwd services in the future.
mariwd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) you engage in prohibited activities or fraudulent behavior; (c) you fail to complete account verification when requested; (d) we believe your account poses a security risk; (e) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
Upon account termination, your access to the mariwd platform will be revoked, and you will no longer be able to place bets or access your account. Any pending bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, mariwd reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including winnings. You remain liable for any outstanding obligations to mariwd, including unpaid fees or chargebacks.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and mariwd will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mariwd holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of mariwd services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law clause above.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against mariwd.
